Standard Installation
Our standard installation service involves a professional and efficient physical setup of your CCTV system at your premises. Our expert technicians will take care of all the necessary cabling, plug, or wiring setup, ensuring that your CCTV system is ready to function seamlessly.
Our typical cabling extends up to 20-30 meters, with an additional charge of RM100 for every 10 meters beyond that. This service is mainly applicable to POE IP Camera installations. However, please note that there are other terms and conditions that may apply.
Remote Survey
At times, in order to provide you with the most accurate and suitable quotation, we may need to take a closer look at your location and your desired installation point. In such cases, we will arrange a video call with our team to gain a better understanding of your requirements.
Our remote survey allows us to assess your location and understand your suggestions without incurring any additional costs. This service ensures that we can provide you with the best possible quotation for your project.
On-site Survey
We are always excited to visit your location for an on-site survey. However, for smaller projects, we may need to assess the costs involved and provide you with a quotation via remote survey. This option is available unless there are special circumstances that require an on-site survey.
For bigger projects, we highly recommend an on-site visit, as this enables us to quote more accurately and avoid any unforeseen issues. Our on-site survey service involves a thorough inspection of your location, allowing us to provide you with the most reliable and efficient CCTV system installation.
