Do I need internet connection?
To have a local system to view cameras directly on your local computer or monitor, no internet connection is needed. If you would like to view your system from a phone or off location, then you need an internet connection.
Can I view the cameras remotely?
Yes, you will need an internet connection to view the cameras by using a smartphone app. This process will completely be explained during the installation.
What kind of phone do I need to view the cameras?
The system is compatible with both iPhone and Android devices as you can find the app (IP-Pro/Essecloud) in the App Store and Google Play.
Can I see my cameras at night?
Yes, the cameras are automatically adjusted.
Is there any monthly charges?
No, there is only one-time payment for the installation.
Is it wireless?
Yes, our cameras are using wireless.
Does it comes with any warranty?
Yes, our products have 90 days warranty except for the adapter.
How long is the video stored for?
The length of time for the NVR to store footage is dependent upon several factors including the number of TB included in your NVR and number of cameras.
